Las Vegs Rocks Cafe Opens - Las Vagas Rocks Cafe.com

The Las Vegas Rocks Café downtown at Neonopolis, located at the corner of Fremont Street and Las Vegas Blvd., had the outdoor sign installed and opened at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009.

After a remodel, The restaurant’s founder Tony Sacca and partner Josette Le Blond unveiled their Las Vegas history-themed restaurant in the space once occupied by Jillian’s. The new eatery, open daily from 11 a.m. to midnight, offers themed-style foods, an atmosphere filled with a historical perspective on Las Vegas, and live entertainment.

Sacca’s partner is food manufacturer, bakery owner and internationally known Chef Josette Leblond. Chef Josette has opened a variety of restaurants from France to the United States. She is also the creator and owner of Normandie Pate.

The Marquee Room

On Sunday, January 30, 2010 veteran Las Vegas comedian Norm Crosby appeared in concert at founder Tony Sacca’s new Las Vegas Rocks Café to open the Marquee Room..

Norm Crosby is a veteran comedian, who was often seen on television in the 1970s. He is best known for his use of malapropisms, which has earned him the title, "The Master of Malaprops."
